ITonis and iOcean Launch a Joint Venture Project to Develop IP Television in China


HONG KONG -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 17, 2007 -- ITonis (OTCBB: ITNS) and iOcean are extremely pleased to announce the launch of a Joint Venture project in China. The goal of the Joint Venture is to develop and operate an IP Television and Video on Demand service in the province of Shandong (People's Republic of China). With its 80 Million inhabitants, the Shandong province is a unique opportunity to validate the technical solution and the commercial model for the service in China. Upon validation, the Joint Venture will replicate the model in other provinces with the aim to cover the whole China in the next two years.

ITonis is a Prague-based developer of cutting-edge Video on Demand and Television over IP (IPTV) solutions. ITonis has developed a true Video over IP solution for video content owners and video content distributors that would enable the viewer to see his favorite national or local TV programs from anywhere in the world at his own leisure, either through a set-top box connected to his TV or through a computer.
