The first of the webinars in this series will be presented by Julie Mohr, ITSM Luminary, ITIL Expert, and author of several books and articles on IT Best Practices.

ITIL v3 Expert Level is one of the most desired qualifications in the IT industry and there are two different paths to achieving this level -- Lifecycle or Capability. This webinar, hosted as part of the ITpreneurs thought-leadership series, will provide direction to anyone who wants to:
