ITpreneurs' ITIL Service Transition and Continual Service Improvement Courses Updated

Additional ITIL v3 Courses Updated to the ITIL 2011 Edition

SMITHTOWN, NY--(Marketwire - Dec 15, 2011) - ITpreneurs, the leading provider of competence development solutions for IT best practices, has announced that the Continual Service Improvement (CSI) and Service Transition (ST) courses are now available with the ITIL 2011 enhancements.

The ITIL 2011 updates were finalized as part of a larger initiative collaborating closely with trainers, industry experts and various IT professionals. The basic framework for the updated CSI and ST courses remains largely the same, but the enhancements ensure clear and concise concepts and resolve inconsistencies in text and diagrams.

"The feedback on the other previously launched ITIL 2011 courses has been great," said Sukhbir Jasuja, CEO, ITpreneurs. "We are thrilled that the CSI and ST courses will help better supply our global partners with the best updated training materials."

The new edition of the ST course immerses participants in the overall concepts, processes, policies and methods associated with the ST phase of the Service Lifecycle. In addition, the updated CSI course is ideal for participants looking to apply management and control techniques with the CSI stage in real life.

The new CSI and ST courses join the already updated course portfolio including: ITIL Foundation, Operational Support and Analysis (OSA) module of the Service Capability stream, and Service Operation (SO) of the Service Lifecycle stream. Additionally, the First Aid Kit and Quick Reference Card have been updated to reflect the ITIL 2011 update.

Seven additional courses, the balance of the ITIL portfolio, will be updated in English by the end of December. For more information on ITIL 2011 and to register for upcoming courses, please visit this page.
