Itronics Expansion Draws Fresh Capital

RENO, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 21, 2005 -- AXcess News has released a story covering a photochemical recycler's recent infusion of capital and its market expansion.

Reno-based photochemical recycler, Itronics, Inc. (OTC BB: ITRO), expansion of its GOLD'n GRO fertilizer market may accelerate following its recent $3,250,000 financing.

After seeing its market more than double in the last year for its flagship product line (GOLD'n GRO) made from recycled photochemicals, Itronics said it would expand production capacity, file registration with the EPA for its GOLD'n GRO Guardian and pay off debt with the proceeds from that financing.

Itronics recent move into the east coast pressed the company to meet an ever-growing sales demand. In order to back that move Itronics had to expand capacity and go through the registration process for its GOLD'n GRO Guardian product. To do that it needed cash.

On July 6, 2005, Itronics was covered by Gannett Co's Reno Gazette-Journal and following that news the company announced its financing.

Even though Itronics was featured in Reno's newspaper the real attraction for investors probably came from the company's June 3 press release where Dr. Whitney, Itronics founding President, outlined the photochemical recycler's eight-part growth strategy.

In that eight-part outline, Itronics said that registration of its GOLD'n GRO fertilizer has been completed in seven northeastern states including New York and New Jersey. Leading up to that was the acquisition of the ownership interests in the GOLD'n GRO Guardian trademark, all product rights, and the rights to the repelling formulation used to make GOLD'n GRO Guardian from Howland Green, President of Holly Ridge Nursery Company, West Kingston, Rhode Island.

Now Itronics is positioned to develop its east coast market once the EPA registration is complete.
