ITUS Subsidiary Files Patent Infringement Lawsuits Against AT&T and Dimension Data

MELVILLE, NY--(Marketwired - November 04, 2014) - ITUS Corporation ("ITUS") (OTCQB: ITUS), a company that builds and protects innovation, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, VPN Multicast Technologies, LLC ("VMT"), has filed patent infringement lawsuits against AT&T, and Dimension Data LLC, in connection with VMT's patented VPN Multicast Communications technology. The lawsuits were filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

The complaints allege infringement of United States Patent Number 8,477,778 (the " '778 Patent") entitled "Applying Multicast Protocols and VPN Tunneling Techniques to Achieve High Quality of Service for Real Time Media Transport Across IP Networks."
