ITUS Subsidiary Settles Patent Infringement Lawsuit With Silver Line Building Products

MELVILLE, NY--(Marketwired - October 27, 2014) - ITUS Corporation ("ITUS") (OTCQB: ITUS), a company that builds and protects innovation, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, J-Channel Industries Corporation ("JCIC"), entered into a settlement and license agreement with Silver Line Building Products LLC, one of the largest vinyl window manufacturers in North America. This is the 14th agreement that JCIC has entered into with respect to its patented J-Channel Window Frame Construction technology.

The agreement resolves a patent infringement lawsuit that was filed by JCIC in the fall of 2013 (E.D. Tenn. Case No. 3:13-cv-606) and all parties to the lawsuit will be dismissed.
