Ivar's Heats Up Valentine's Day With Hot Tub Rendezvous, Special Aphrodisiac Menu and Half-Price Champagnes

SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwire - February 3, 2011) - When it comes to getting romantic, there are drinks in the hot tub, and then there are hot tubs in the drinks! This Valentine's Day season, Ivar's award-winning full service seafood restaurants will feature a delicious line-up of romantically themed food and drink specials. Take a dip in the "Hot Tub Rendezvous" cocktail complete with champagne, orange juice, raspberry syrup, pomegranate seeds and dry ice to keep things steamy at the table. In addition, all three restaurants will offer a special Valentine's Day menu -- featuring the infamous, Oysters Rockefeller aphrodisiac -- as well as half-price for all champagnes and sparkling wines, and other alluring cocktails, such as the White Chocolate Martini.

The special menu and Valentine's Day items will be available the evenings of Friday, Feb. 11 through Monday, Feb. 14 at all three Ivar's full serve seafood restaurants which include Ivar's Acres of Clams (downtown Seattle), Ivar's Salmon House (North Lake Union) and Ivar's Mukilteo Landing (Mukilteo). To end the evening, diners will also be treated to complimentary Seattle's Chocolate truffles.
