iView Systems Launches Tour Tracking TourTrax™ Mobile Application

TourTrax™ is designed to handle the Proof of Presence Reporting needs of all types businesses, from small job sites containing 10-20 checkpoints to large multi-branch organizations managing thousands of checkpoints across hundreds of sites.

The introduction of the TourTrax™ tour and checkpoint tracking mobile application for security officers allows for complete patrol and incident integration. Communicating directly with the iTrak® Incident Reporting Platform, the TourTrax mobile application generates an automatic entry of the patrol tour capturing information directly into iTrak®, for real-time status updates.

A mobile guard tour system is an essential tool that empowers and enables guards to monitor and communicate from the field. Guards use a dedicated NFC device or android phone that reads the unique ID number on NFC tokens at dedicated checkpoints visited. The system records the time, date and provides messages and can prompt for required locational based actions to be taken.

All report viewing, management and configuration is done from a single Web-based interface that is compatible across all popular Operating Systems (Windows, Mac OSX & Linux) and Web Browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari & Opera).

Seamlessly integrated with the iTrak® Incident Reporting System, security managers can easily and accurately produce a variety of reports such as, site inspection or incident reports; time and attendance; safety inspections; guard tour verification and proof of presence.
