Ivrnet and PBS Systems Announce Partnership to Provide
the World's 1st Dealer Management System With Advanced
Telephone Functionality

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - March 10, 2005) - Ivrnet Inc. (TSX
VENTURE:IVI) ("Ivrnet") announces a partnership with PBS Systems Inc.
("PBS") to integrate and distribute advanced telephony service-the use
of the telephone in business communications-to the North American
automotive industry. David Snell, President of Ivrnet says, "We will
work together to provide the world's first Dealer Management System that
is completely integrated with advanced telephone functionality."

"The telephone is the ideal tool for simplifying the business of an auto
dealership," says Snell. "It is substantially more secure than the
Internet, is thoroughly understood by users everywhere, and is the only
tool that is possessed by absolutely everyone." Ivrnet's primary role in
the partnership will be as a technology provider and developer. Ivrnet
will provide automated calling services that will be marketed under the
PBS brand, and PBS will establish a sales force and channel to bring the
technology to market. Revenues generated will be shared between the

David Bradley, president of PBS says, "Integration of our software
allows us to provide unprecedented service to thousands of customers
across North America. Our partnership will not require substantial new
development, but rather integration to allow for proven technology to be
moved into new markets." Integration is targeted to begin in the second
quarter of 2005, with revenues targeted to begin in the third or fourth
quarter. Development of product specifications is underway.

The new system will allow an auto dealership's software to directly
interact with customers through voice recognition and touch-tone
technology. It allows the software to become a 'person'-to phone and
receive customer calls without human involvement. The system could call
customers for appointment reminders or car pick-ups, and also book
appointments 24 hours a day. Benefits for auto dealerships include: a
dramatic reduction in customer service costs, a big increase in the
level of customer support, and better and faster client communications.

Snell says no other system exists today that allows information to be
moved freely into and out of a dealer management system through the
telephone with the same advanced level of interaction and control for
customers. "The customer sets the rules, and the software abides by
them. You can tell the dealership to only call you in the mornings, or
you can direct the system to only fax you on Saturdays."
