iWave and ReelTime.tv Provide First On-Demand Movie Service to Yahoo!7 of Australia

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA --(CCNMatthews - Oct. 30, 2006) - NS8 Corporation's ("NS8") (OTCBB:NSEO) entertainment network division, iWave Interactive Systems ("iWave") provides its iWave PC-TV interactive technology to the first exclusive television and movie broadband download service in Australia. As previously announced on June 5, 2006, iWave entered into a multi-year Licensing Agreement with Australian stock exchange listed ReelTime Media Ltd (ASX:RMA). ("ReelTime.tv") to provide PC interactive on demand systems for the Australian market.

On August 9, 2006, ReelTime.tv announced an exclusive television and broadband download service with Yahoo!7 of Australia. iWave will provide the core consumer interface, essential back end content and report management system that will enable both ReelTime.tv and Yahoo!7 to efficiently manage their content offerings to Yahoo!7 consumers. In addition, both ReelTime and Yahoo!7 will greatly benefit from real-time reporting for each transaction providing each service with accurate individual consumer data on a moment to moment basis.

According to the ReelTime press release on August 9, 2007, Ian Smith, CEO at Yahoo!7, purports that the new agreement will benefit from increased broadband penetration, rich media consumption and further strengthens Yahoo!7's existing entertainment offering. ReelTime has over 1,500 hours of feature length movie and television content from major studios that will compliment Yahoo!7's existing 9,200 videos. Yahoo!7 currently streams 3.2 million videos each month comprising of Music, News, Movies and television for Australian audiences and advertisers.

John Karantzis, Managing Director of ReelTime.tv said, "This deal is a landmark development for ReelTime.tv and we are excited to be bringing broadband TV to Australia with Yahoo!7. ReelTime.tv can now mass market our service to the 5.6 million consumers who use the Yahoo!7 website every month."

The Yahoo!7 movie service is scheduled to launch before the end of this year. Both ReelTime and iWave will participate in the revenue sharing derived from advertising dollars from the Yahoo!7 movie service. ReelTime and iWave have begun planning expansion to other countries by early 2007. Both companies also plan to expand their consumer services by enhancing complimentary content such as mobile games, independent programming and other community driven features by the first part of next year.


ReelTime Media Ltd, (ASX:RMA) a wholesale operator of content at the forefront of the IPTV industry, is Australia's first national IPTV operator to offer major Hollywood content to PC and television via both Set Top Box and PC delivery, on an ISP independent basis. ReelTime.tv brings a variety of on-demand entertainment directly to consumers over existing broadband networks. ReelTime.tv has been developing its broadband entertainment system and negotiating with studios since 2000, and has agreements in place with three major MPAA studios, including Sony Pictures, 20th Century Fox and MGM. On July 4, 2006, ReelTime announced the addition of NBC Universal to their roster of major studios and will have available titles such as King Kong, The Inside Man, Into the Blue, Exorcism of Emily, Transporter 2, Cheaper by the Dozen, Rize, In Her Shoes, Fun With Dick and Jane, Underworld 2 and The Producers following local DVD release. ReelTime.tv has already signed and secured access carriage, video server co-location, and bulk SMS distribution agreements with Telstra Corporation and has a peering agreement with PIPE networks allowing over 110 ISP's to better access it's services, including Unwired and Adam Internet.
