Ixia's IxRave SLA Assure Selected by Midcontinent Communications for MPLS VPN Monitoring

CALABASAS, CA--(Marketwire - October 4, 2010) -  Ixia (NASDAQ: XXIA), a leading, global provider of converged IP network test solutions, today announced that Midcontinent Communications has selected IxRave SLA Assure to monitor their enterprise customer service delivery. IxRave helps Midcontinent Communications to guarantee their committed service level agreements (SLAs) by verifying the quality of class of service (CoS)-tagged application delivery via metrics such as jitter, latency, and packet loss. With the addition of IxRave's new Speed Test Module, Midcontinent's business customers can establish and trend their own per-connection network throughput and quality.
