j2's Virtual PBX Services Launch Click-to-Call and Multimedia Support

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - November 19, 2007) - j2 Global Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: JCOM), the provider of outsourced, value-added messaging and communications services, today announced that its Onebox® and eVoice Receptionist platforms now offer Click-to-Call. In addition, Onebox now supports Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) and the MP3 audio format.

Onebox Receptionist® and eVoice Receptionist are full-featured Virtual PBX services. j2's Receptionist offerings provide small and medium-sized businesses with a turnkey hosted PBX solution. Receptionist customers have access to a local or toll-free company telephone number, a professionally produced auto-attendant and menu tree, and departmental and individual extensions that can connect to any telephone number around the world, including those associated with traditional land-line telephones as well as mobile and IP networks.

Click-to-Call allows customers to place a call right from their computer with just a click of a mouse. Click-to-Call is available in j2's Receptionist product lines via their online voicemail inbox, speed dial list, address book and voicemails forwarded by email. When a user clicks on the phone number they would like to call, their chosen phone will ring, and when they answer the phone, they are connected with the person answering the clicked number's phone. Click-to-Call is another efficiency-enhancing feature that provides the benefit of saving users time and money.

The new Multimedia Support enables Onebox customers to conveniently receive and listen to their voicemails from their mobile devices. Onebox MMS service is utilized by forwarding voicemails to a customer's mobile device. Customers can play their voicemail directly from their mobile devices without dialing into their mobile provider's telephone system, resulting in decreased time and effort to access messages and reduced cellular bills because no airtime minutes are used.

Onebox's new support for the MP3 audio encoding format provides customers yet another option for receiving and listening to their voicemail. Support of MP3, combined with the current WAV support, allows users with any mobile device including the iPhone to play their voicemails via MMS.
