JACKSONVILLE, FL--(Marketwired - Jan 24, 2014) - Jack Webb, a partner at Brennan, Manna and Diamond since 2009, possesses vast experience in the area of labor and employment law. Jack has negotiated in excess of 100 collective bargaining agreements on behalf of management in the transportation and logistics industry and was recently named an Adjunct Professor in the L.L.M. Program in Transportation and Logistics at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. In addition, Jack focuses on complex commercial litigation, commercial negotiations, construction law, and governmental relations. 

Before joining Brennan, Manna, & Diamond, Jack was employed by CEVA Logistics, Inc. (formerly TNT Logistics North America, Inc.), an international third-party logistics provider, for over eight years as its Director of Labor and Employee Relations. Jack developed significant negotiating and policy-setting skills in handling all of their North American collective bargaining responsibilities and employment related matters for CEVA while also providing operational and financial guidance to CEVA as it expanded its corporate footprint in the North American automotive industry. Those skills, in addition to the financial acumen developed while Jack worked in New York City in the financial services industry prior to attending law school, served Jack well after his dive into politics. Jack was elected and served as a Councilmember on the Jacksonville City Council from 2007 to 2011 and was further elected by his Council colleagues as President of the Council for 2010 - 2011.

 Jack values community involvement and continued public service and remains a visible and often quoted advocate for a variety of community initiatives. Jack currently serves as the Chairperson of Jacksonville Bar Association Governmental Relations Committee, the Board of Directors of the Mandarin Community Club, and the Board of Directors of the John Rowan, Jr. Foundation. He is a past member of the Northeast Florida Regional Transportation Study Commission, the management committee of Jacksonville Community Council, Inc. Library Study, the Board of Directors of the Clara White Mission, and Past President, St. Joseph's Church Men's Club. Jack is a proud recipient of the Jacksonville Area Legal Aid Equal Justice Award. Jack is a graduate of Iona College in New Rochelle, New York, having earned a B.A. in history as well as being a double graduate of the University of Florida, earning both his M.B.A in finance and his J.D.
