Peggy Tate Brings a Successful Career as Consultant and Senior HR Executive to This Team and Its C-Suite Clients

As such, the Jackson Hole Group is proud to announce that Peggy Tate has joined the firm as a principal -- bringing a successful career as an independent consultant and senior HR executive for both domestic and international companies to the Jackson Hole Group team and its valued clients.

In Tate's previous 10 years of consulting work, she blended real-world corporate experience with research-based development strategies for superior results. This experience came from leading major organizational change initiatives, division start-ups and complex worldwide reorganizations for companies like DFS Group Limited, where she served as Senior Vice President, HR for this international luxury retailer with operations throughout Asia and the Asia Pacific, and Firstar Bank (now U.S. Bank), where she served as Senior Vice President, HR for the lead bank and its subsidiaries. She also held top HR positions at Kohl's, The Gap and Mervyn's Department Stores (a former division of Target).

Since 2005, Tate has leveraged this business experience working with Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Peggy is an executive coach with the Kenan-Flagler MBA leadership initiative, as well as for major corporate clients in the Kenan-Flagler Executive Education Programs.
