James D. Robinson, III to Serve as a Senior Advisor to

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - August 24, 2015) -, Inc. (OTCQB: GPCM) has signed an advisory agreement with former American Express executive, James D. Robinson, III. Mr. Robinson, who previously served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Express from 1977 to 1993, is currently a Co-Founder and General Partner of RRE Ventures, a technology early stage Venture investor. Mr. Robinson shall serve as senior advisor to on strategy and business development relating to its Grand Card initiative as well as other general business opportunities. "Mr. Robinson's extensive experience in the financial, investment banking, and pharmaceutical industries will be extraordinarily helpful in expanding the Grand Card and he will be a sensational resource for the Company as it readies itself for implementing some new, exciting and lucrative business initiatives," said Steve Leber, the Company's Chief Executive Officer. About James D. Robinson, III

Jim Robinson currently serves as General Partner and Co-Founder of RRE Ventures. He is a director of OnDeck Corp. and sits on the private boards of a number of portfolio companies, including Avant, Chain, CoverHound, K2 Intelligence and NerdWallet. Previously, Mr. Robinson was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Express Company from 1977 to 1993 and Non-Executive Chairman of Bristol-Myers Squibb from 2005 to 2008, where he sat on the board from 1979 to 2008.
