JAMF Software to Speak and Showcase Casper Focus Software at TCEA 2014

Education Evangelist and Local School District Leader to Speak on iPad Management in the Classroom

MINNEAPOLIS, MN--(Marketwired - Jan 28, 2014) - JAMF Software, the leader in Apple device management, today announced its participation at TCEA 2014, one of the largest educational technology conventions and expositions in the nation and largest in Texas. TCEA will be held on February 3-7, 2014 in Austin, Texas.

Over 4,000 teachers, district leaders and educational enthusiasts will unite at this annual event to share the latest trends and best practices for creating engaging classrooms that excite today's students. The convention will include more than 400 peer-led sessions and will provide attendees with the opportunity to network and discover the latest products and resources to support their teaching and leadership efforts, in the 900+ booth exhibit hall.

In his talk titled, "Unlock the Full Potential of iPad," JAMF Software educational evangelist, Dave Saltmarsh, will demonstrate how with just a couple taps, teachers can command the attention of their classroom by controlling which app each student sees on their device.

Dave Saltmarsh will also join Felipe Hernandez from Edgewood Independent School District in a second speaking session titled, "Classroom Management for iPads." During this presentation, Saltmarsh and Hernandez will showcase how the school district has combined the power of JAMF Software's Casper Suite to manage their Mac and iOS devices, with Casper Focus to manage classroom tasks with the iPad.

To learn more about the benefits of Casper Focus, attendees can visit JAMF Software at booth #2360 for a live demonstration of the software. Additional details on the speaking sessions can be found below.
