JD Norman Industries, Inc. Announces Promotion of Two Corporate Department Leaders to Vice President

ADDISON, IL--(Marketwired - Mar 5, 2014) - Diversified metal component manufacturer JD Norman Industries, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of two corporate department leaders to the title of vice president. Gary Wilhite, who is currently director of finance, is now vice president of finance. Elizabeth Kousiakis, currently director of human resources, is now vice president of human resources for the company.

Wilhite has been director of finance for JD Norman since November 2008. Wilhite started with KL Industries in 2004 as director of manufacturing. In addition to overseeing the finance department, he also manages the purchasing department for the organization. Wilhite received a B.S. degree in chemical engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from DePaul University. 

Kousiakis has spent her career in human resources within the manufacturing industry. She joined JD Norman from Federal Signal Corporation where she was director of human resources for the Environmental Solutions Group. Kousiakis' responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational design, performance management, compensation planning, and change management initiatives. Kousiakis earned her baccalaureate degree and MBA at Roosevelt University - Chicago.
