To meet the need for increasing bandwidth demand, network equipment manufacturers are building increasingly higher port density into their network elements. Operationally, the MTM's advanced high port density design also enables users to reduce infrastructure and power consumption costs by providing a design that is 4 times smaller and with 50% less power consumption than today's test solutions.
