Jeff Ifrah of Ifrah Law Sponsors GiGse Conference in San Francisco

WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwired - Jul 21, 2014) - More than 700 delegates from the Internet gaming industry came together in San Francisco last week, where the Hyatt Regency hosted the North American Global iGaming Summit and Expo (GiGse), one of the most important conferences on iGaming in the United States. The event circled around the topic of regulated Internet gambling in the United States, which has already become a reality in three states. At the same time the Social Casino Summit, which provides a platform for social casino developers and suppliers, also took place in the Hyatt Regency, giving guests of both events a chance to mix and mingle. Attendees ranged from established casino companies to aspiring start-ups.

Ifrah Law, a Washington, D.C.-based firm founded by Jeff Ifrah, co-sponsored the event and made a significant contribution in the form of its newest whitepaper "The Definitive Guide to iGaming in the Unites States." The document is especially interesting given that performance data from the three states that allow iGaming, New Jersey, Nevada and Delaware, was just recently made available. The first impression of the results of the online gaming debuts in these three states is rather weak, but industry insiders know that the true value of online gaming in the United States cannot be judged based on these initial numbers.

"Current numbers are not a true representation of the success of iGaming in the United States," said Jeff Ifrah, founding member of Ifrah Law. Jeff believes that "with more time, the industry will experience better marketing, and improve customer access leading to serious iGaming growth." Jeff Ifrah and his team made the whitepaper available to conference guests at the opening presentation of GiGse 2014, prior to its official release on the Ifrah Law website. The guide has already received attention from conference goers on social media.

Jeff Ifrah is very experienced in the gaming industry and always stays on top of the most recent economic and legal developments in the field. Together with his team at Ifrah Law, he advises and represents numerous major international iGaming clients, such as the online poker sites PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker, as well as the Interactive Gaming Council, a non-profit organization that represents iGaming companies all over the world. Jeff has worked as an attorney and advisor in the iGaming business for many years, resulting in an in-depth knowledge of the industry. Thanks to this understanding he crafts solutions that meet the specific goals and needs of his clients. Jeff is known for his superb communication and responsiveness, as well as for his legal excellence, which is why Chambers USA has recognized him as one of America's leading lawyers for litigation in the areas of White Collar Crime and Government Investigations for four years in a row.
