Jem Telecom and AskMeNow Align to Provide Intelligent Mobile Answers for BlackBerry Customers in the United Kingdom

Jem to Deliver AskMeNow Pre-Loaded on BlackBerrys Sold Through Orange, O2, T-Mobile & Vodafone

IRVINE, CA and LEICESTER, ENGLAND--(CCNMatthews - November 01, 2006) - AskMeNow (OTCBB: OWHC), the leader in intelligent mobile answers, today announced that it has signed an agreement with Jem Telecom, a leading BlackBerry Value Added Reseller (VAR) in the United Kingdom to distribute, support and bill for the AskMeNow service on BlackBerrys sold through Orange, O2, T-Mobile and Vodafone in the United Kingdom.

The agreement makes Jem Telecom, a Leicester-based BlackBerry VAR, the first UK company to deliver AskMeNow offering a 30-day free use trial on BlackBerry handsets.

"This partnership is of significant strategic importance for Jem as we look to strengthen our product portfolio and deliver best of breed solutions that provide return on investment. With AskMeNow, we can deliver a valuable and unique service to our customers in the UK," said Mark Cope, Director at Jem Telecom. "In a world where every second counts and people are increasingly time-pressured, information needs to be delivered on demand and the AskMeNow service does just that."

AskMeNow gives BlackBerry users the unique ability to ask any question through the service's proprietary AskMeAnything feature. Customers can search the entire Internet just as easily as sending an email to a colleague as well as have easy access to a wide variety of content such as directory assistance, flight times, headline news, hotels, directions, weather, stock quotes, sports scores and much more.

AskMeAnything allows customers to access specific content and information from the Internet by asking questions -- anywhere and any time -- through a natural-language text-input application directly on their BlackBerrys. AskMeNow's system sends the specific and relevant answer back to their phone in moments.

"For people on the go it is imperative to have easy access to information. AskMeNow allows customers to ask questions on any topic and receive real answers,"said Walter Kostiak, AskMeNow Vice President, Global Business Development.

Jem will begin offering BlackBerry users AskMeNow in December with 30-day free use trial. After the free 30-day trial Jem will bill 2.5 Pounds (approx US$5) per month for unlimited use thereafter.
