Jenne, Inc. Appoints Ryan Jozwiak as Services Business Development Manager, Supporting Growth of Its Avaya Customers Through Renewal Services

New Appointment Reflects Jenne's Ongoing Efforts to Help Avaya Resellers Increase Profits and Enter New Markets, Including Through Use of Jenne's Contract Renewal Services Portal

AVON, OH--(Marketwire - Dec 3, 2012) - Leading value-added IP telephony distributor Jenne, Inc. announced that it has added seasoned business development professional Ryan Jozwiak to its team in the newly created position of Services Business Development Manager. Jozwiak will be tasked with driving the growth of Jenne's services business and creating new opportunities with its Avaya-oriented customer base by helping VARs manage and profit from ongoing service level agreement (SLAs). 

By creating a new services development position, Jenne enhances its support to its Avaya-oriented resellers by helping them increase profits and enter new markets, such as the lucrative enterprise space. One of Jenne's initial successes in helping Avaya resellers increase their services offering was the launch of its Service Contract Renewal Portal, an easy to use tool that helps resellers view, search and manage complex service contracts, with the goal of helping them capture and successfully maintain long-term revenue opportunities. 

Jozwiak brings with him more than a decade of channel sales, services and marketing experience, including as a senior services specialist with a respected global distributor, and as a business consultant with a prominent communications reseller. In his new role, he will leverage customer and channel programs and tools such as the Renewal Portal, and train Avaya resellers on how to use this innovative tool while helping them take advantage of potential annuities.

The Jenne contract renewal tool consolidates a potentially cumbersome, cross-vendor tracking and alert process into a single, intuitive multi-vendor view of the reseller's contracts, generating reminders when agreements are approaching termination. Not only does this allow VARs to maintain an enduring dialog with end-customers and enhance revenues, it also enables VARs to present themselves as a proactive, organized partner who maintains accurate records of their end-users' elaborate SLA details. This tool will be a key component in Jozwiak's efforts to help increase business for Jenne's Avaya VAR contingent.
