Before joining Locus, Mrs. Peterson held a successful career with CH2M HILL where she was recognized for her ability to successfully lead large enterprise environmental database programs, implement standard business processes, and create and implement strategic data outputs for a variety of customers. She was also an accomplished systems integrator with many environmental-industry common software programs, including field data collection devices, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and 3D modeling software solutions. She holds a Bachelors Degree from Texas A&M University in Environmental Sciences, graduating with Summa Cum Laude honors.
Mrs. Peterson comes to Locus with over 15 years of experience in environmental database management, including system and process development; leading development projects; mobile data collection solutions; and project and team management. She has expertise in planning, designing, developing, and maintaining relational database systems for various industrial, federal and nuclear clients. With this unique skill set and hands on experience, Mrs. Peterson will be a key member of the Locus EIM and ePortal development team, and use her skills and experience to design and implement the next generation of mobile field collection applications to streamline a key component of the environmental data collection process, and lead Locus developers automating data transfers from facility based emission monitoring devices supporting Locus' eGHG application. In addition to product development duties, she will be responsible for managing Locus EIM enterprise deployments for new Locus customers worldwide.
