Summary of Results

The Company recorded revenues of $886,888 during fiscal 2007 compared with $427,922 in 2006, representing an increase of 107%. The Company's revenues exceeded management's forecast due primarily to the strong market demand for its thermoplastic biocomposite pellets in the injection-molding and extrusion industries.

"We are making great headway in the commercialization of our biocomposite materials," states Edward Trueman, Chief Executive Officer. "Our momentum continues to grow at an exponential rate, as indicated by our fourth quarter, which represented 66% of fiscal 2007 sales and surpassed all of fiscal 2006 sales by 36%."

A summary of JER's quarterly revenues for fiscal 2007 and fiscal 2006 are as follows:

                      Quarterly Sales Revenues
         Fiscal 2007 Fiscal 2006
  Q4 Q3 Q2 Q1 Q4 Q3 Q2 Q1
$581,964 $166,827 $52,825 $85,272 $36,227 $162,435 $151,158 $78,102

Management anticipates that JER's revenue will continue to grow, as the Company is still in the early stages of market awareness in North America. The number of sample requests and trial orders remains strong.

JER is also seeing a number of its clients shift from trials into mainstream production using its thermoplastic biocomposite formulations.

During fiscal 2007, JER invested significant research and development into its thermoplastic biocomposite sheeting capabilities. Although this product configuration is still in the early stages of commercialization, market interest for the material has been encouraging. Trials and performance testing with a number of clients has been very successful and the Company anticipates achieving breakthrough orders during fiscal 2008.

JER also completed the reorganization of its executive management during fiscal 2007, including the hiring of a Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Manufacturing, as well as a Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing. The Company's executive team is now comprised of a group of seasoned management professionals, each with a strong record for achieving operational results. "Each member of the team has been building out the infrastructure required in their respective divisions," states Edward Trueman. "JER is now capable and poised to take a leadership position in the emerging market for thermoplastic biocomposites. The Company also bolstered its board of directors by appointing Ronald F. Price and John Bell to its board."

During fiscal 2007, JER completed brokered and non-brokered financings for aggregate net proceeds of approximately $5.75 million. Such proceeds were used for research and development and working capital.
