Viva Today Launches With the Short Film Till Human Voices Wake Us, Starring Lindsay Lohan and Debuting at La Jolla International Fashion Film Festival

Inspired by the original Viva: The International Magazine for Women, an iconic and forward-thinking print magazine from the 70s, Viva Today harkens back to the original brand's disruptive attitude and progressive point of view that was defined by its founding editor Kathy Keeton and a young Anna Wintour who, as fashion editor for Viva, produced some of the most groundbreaking fashion spreads of the era. Viva Today is an exotic, digital-first brand for women, which dives deep with innovative takes on women's style, lives, thoughts, and fantasies in this increasingly complex modern age. A contemporary take on vintage-inspired content, Viva Today will explore these areas through reviews of the arts, interviews with known personalities, fashion and beauty.

In celebration of its launch, Viva Today is proud to be screening Till Human Voices Wake Us, directed by photographer and filmmaker Indrani and featuring Lindsay Lohan, for the first time at La Jolla International Fashion Film Festival. The short fashion film is Viva Today's first original production and takes us on a mystical journey based on the ancient Celtic myths of Selkies, who live as seals in the sea but become human on land. The cast was assembled from a worldwide search and represents some of the most fabulous new modeling talent in the business.
