Mr. Boudreau brings a wealth of experience in the cybersecurity marketplace that will help broaden the perspective of the Code Dx board of advisors.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Boudreau was hired as interim president to restructure and package ACG for acquisition and manage the M&A integration process. He was also president and founder of Psionic Security Software and the CEO and chairman of Rosetta Technologies, a company which he led from founding through a successful IPO.
