With a rich background in data and operations management, Schoss comes to Maxymiser amid the expansion of its proprietary product suite. Schoss' skill set is especially valuable to Maxymiser, as the company continues to be first to market with revolutionary products for mobile and social optimization. Prior to Maxymiser, Schoss was Director of Product Management at VMware (formerly Integrien Corporation) where, using a wide range of statistical algorithms and machine learning technologies, he built a game-changing platform for IT operations. This innovative platform was part of the early beginnings for what is now commonly discussed as "Big Data."
Prior to VMware, Schoss was VP of Product Management at SMARTS. Applying a completely different, math-based approach to detect and isolate problems in large & complex networks, SMARTS was a recognized leader in root-cause analysis in networks management, winning business from some of the world's largest service-providers (Verizon, AT&T, BT, Deutsche Telekom, Orange, Vodafone, etc.).
