Jim Charles Joins NWP Services Corporation as Senior Vice President

Radice, president and CEO.

In his new role Charles will lead the Development and Engineering, Product Management, Systems Assurance Testing and Information Technology teams overseeing advances in the company's billing and customer service platforms and management of NWP's suite of integrated products and services UtilityPay Manager, Resident OneBill and Resident ePay.

Charles is an accomplished senior-level executive and brings over 30 years extensive experience in product management, technology strategy and management, software development, SAS 70 compliance, business strategy and operations in software corporations. Prior to joining NWP, Jim previously served as Chief Operating Officer at RealPage and while there led the development of its web-based property management system. Jim had also served as President of Thompson Financial's Research Institute of America's Software and Tax Division. Thomson Financial is a publicly traded company and the largest provider of information services to the accounting industry. He was also President of three lines of business at Computer Language Research Inc., a publicly traded company that is a leader in tax compliance, tax research, and accounting software. His foresight led to the development of the largest web-based accounting application, supporting more than 100,000 accountants in the United States.
