JK Group Names Robert E. Farina as Chief Executive Officer

Top Software Executive Joins Industry Pioneer to Drive Growth and Expand Product Portfolios

Farina has joined the company in the role of Chief Executive Officer. Farina brings to the company a distinguished career and proven track record in growing industry-leading software and services businesses.

JK Group is the fourth company that Farina has led as CEO, having guided three previous businesses to leadership positions in their respective markets. Most recently he was CEO of Parsippany, N.J. based CyberShift, which was one of the 50 fastest growing companies in New Jersey for multiple years and, among its many awards, was named as one of the leading privately held companies in the world by Red Herring magazine and an "Innovative Company to Watch" by IDC. Farina has also been named as a Finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year award for the state of New Jersey three times.

In his new role as CEO of JK Group, Farina will lead overall operations and set strategy as the company continues to develop end-to-end Software-as-a-Service solutions for corporate philanthropy and social responsibility, while executing on a delivery model that strives to be the gold standard of the industry and provide the highest possible value to its clients.
