Jo-Ann Kane Appointed President of the Association des Collections d'entreprises

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - July 14, 2005) - National Bank is proud to announce that Jo-Ann Kane, Curator of the National Bank Collection, has been appointed President of the Association des Collections d'entreprises.

The holder of a BA in Art History from Universite du Quebec a Montreal and a Masters in Museology jointly from UQAM and Universite de Montreal, Jo-Ann Kane joined the Bank in 2002 to manage its large collection of works of art.

The National Bank Collection, which consists of paintings, sculptures, prints, photographs and integrated works of art, includes more than 5,000 original works spanning the history of Quebec and Canadian art from 1895 to the present.

The Association des Collections d'entreprises brings together curators and owners of corporate collections to maximize their visibility and promote art in the business community.
