Jobing.com Returns to Super Bowl for Third Time

Local Employment Media to Run "Unique" Spots Focusing on Community

DENVER, CO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 30, 2007 -- Jobing.com, a leading locally focused employment media providing recruiting, online job search and talent management solutions designed to connect local employers and job seekers, announced today it will return to the Super Bowl for its third-round of local advertising. The company plans on going head-to-head with larger national advertisers to gain attention for its local employment products and services, proving the funniest or most controversial commercial in the "Big Game" isn't necessarily the best.

"I guarantee our commercials will be shocking," stated Brian Eastwood, vice president of advertising and communications for Jobing.com. "We're not talking 'Go Daddy' shock value, but we hope people will be buzzing about our spots, if only because they are dramatically different from anything that will air on Super Bowl Sunday. The spot is a simple production with a strong message which we hope will drive both local employers and job seekers to hop online and join our community."

The spots, which Jobing.com is terming "unique," feature Jobing.com on-air personality, Vielka Atherton, and have been scripted to communicate the value Jobing.com brings to each of its local markets. "Since our inception, Jobing.com has been focused on providing resources to connect local employers and local job seekers in Denver's employment community," stated Aaron Matos, Jobing.com founder and chief executive officer. "Working so closely with our clients and job seekers is a constant reminder of the importance of what we do and the impact we have on their businesses and lives. Our commitment to them has enabled us to experience tremendous growth and truly change the way people look for jobs and how companies identify outstanding job candidates. It's not about having the funniest spot in the Super Bowl; it's about communicating who we are and encouraging people to engage in the local community we offer."

In Denver, Jobing.com will run commercials on CBS (KCNC 4) including one 30-second pre-game commercial, two 30-second in-game spots and one 30-second post-game spot.

Jobing.com has twice been named to the Inc. 500 list of the country's fastest growing private companies. A three-year revenue growth rate of 681.8% propelled the company to 159 on the list in 2006, up dramatically from its 2005 ranking of 269.

The company is airing similarly themed spots on local networks in several of its other markets.
