Joel Stombres Joins Salem Publishing National Advertising Sales Team

NASHVILLE, TN--(Marketwire - Aug 10, 2011) - Salem Publishing, the print division of Salem Communications, is pleased to announce that Joel Stombres joined the company's national advertising sales team August 1st. Salem Communications is the nation's leading radio broadcaster, internet content provider and publisher targeting audiences interested in Christian family-themed content.

Joel will provide custom marketing solutions for Salem's national publishing clients, utilizing the properties of Homecoming Magazine, CCM Magazine, Preaching Magazine, YouthWorker Journal, Singing News Magazine and Family Fiction Magazine.

Prior to joining Salem Publishing, Joel spent 15 years working as a Senior Advertising Account Executive at Christianity Today International, where he managed advertising budgets for 10 magazine and internet properties. Most recently, Joel continued his career in magazine and web advertising as the Advertising Director at The Lutheran magazine, a publication with a circulation of 234,000.
