John Chandler Joins King & Spalding

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - November 17, 2008) - King & Spalding, a leading international law
firm, announced today that John A. Chandler, who is described by Chambers
USA as "a legendary lawyer," has joined the firm as a partner. Chandler
brings 36 years of trial experience to King & Spalding's business
litigation practice in Atlanta.

Chandler joins King & Spalding from Sutherland, Asbill & Brennan. He has
represented clients, including the Big Four accounting firms, in numerous
professional liability, securities, RICO and other complex business cases.
Chandler is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a fellow
of the American Bar Association. He has served as president of the Atlanta
Bar Association and as a member of the board of governors of the State Bar
of Georgia. He is the recipient of the Atlanta Bar Association's Charles E.
Watkins, Jr., Distinguished and Sustained Service Award and the
Anti-Defamation League's Lifetime Achievement Award.
