John Gomez of Gomez Trial Attorneys - Announces Eco Practice and Website

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwired - Jul 22, 2015) - John Gomez founded Gomez Trial Attorneys ten years ago with the belief that those without a voice, those injured and in need of help, could benefit from a firm willing to try any case and tell a story of injustice, and to provide an opportunity for redemption. The firm has now announced the launch of their new website,, dedicated to their humanitarian and environmental projects.

As our society grows in sophistication, we too must grow in our knowledge of the relationship between toxic chemicals and our environment. As Theodore Roosevelt once said, "There can be no greater issue than that of conservation in this country."

Now, John Gomez has brought his trial advocacy, his belief in the right to trial by jury, to issues of conservation, the environment, and human health. As Thomas Jefferson once said, "I consider trial by jury as the only anchor ever yet imagined by man, by which a government can be held to the principles of its constitution." The right to trial by jury is a most sacred right and a most powerful tool.

Recently, John Gomez and John Fiske teamed up with Scott Summy of Baron & Budd to file a lawsuit, the first of its kind, representing the City of San Diego against Monsanto Company, which manufactured a known global contaminant, polychlorinated biphenyls, or PCBs, outlawed by Congress.

The partnering firms have also filed a suit against Ametek, Inc., an aerospace company which dumped up to 7,000 gallons of chlorinated waste into the ground per month for over 20 years, polluting an elementary school; and are proud to represent over 110 families in a suit against Chrysler and the U.S. for starting a massive wildfire, burning thousands of acres and 150 homes. is a website dedicated to the firm's environmental and toxic exposure projects. Just as they work every day to fight in favor of public safety, they have brought their fight to the environmental arena.
