John Pora Brings Stellar Track Record to VP of Professional Services Role at Aria Systems

Industry Veteran Appointed to Continue Commitment to On-Time Customer Deployments

In his new role, Pora leads an expanding team supporting the company's continued growth in enterprise deployment. Pora brings to Aria 18 years of experience in developing and maintaining rigorous deployment and customer services practices for high-growth, enterprise software companies. Most recently, Pora served as vice president of professional services at BigMachines, a leading cloud-based "Configure, Price & Quote" (CPQ) solution provider. While there, he recorded an impressive track record, growing professional services' revenue by 42%, year over year, with margins exceeding 40%.

Previously, Pora led successful teams at enterprise content management software company OpenText and interactive digital media provider EyeWonder. In addition, Pora created and led the technology consulting practices at The North Highland Company and at Arthur Andersen.
