John Reardon Appointed President and CEO of CliniComp

SAN DIEGO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 19, 2006 -- CliniComp, Intl., a leading provider of clinical information solutions, announced today the appointment of John Reardon as president and CEO. Reardon, who has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry as an executive and entrepreneur, will help leverage CliniComp's technological expertise and set overall strategic direction for the company.

Previously, Reardon was vice president of strategic planning and business development for the St. Joseph Health System in Northern California. A two-time entrepreneur, he also co-founded Value Health Management and Health Economics Corporation Data Services Group. (VHM was acquired by EDS in 1996 and Health Economics Corporation was acquired by Equifax in 1992.)
