Johnny Carino's "Big Crush" Promotion Raises Funds for National Breast Cancer Foundation and Young Survival Coalition With $2 for $5 Donation Deal in October

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwired - Sep 30, 2014) -  As part of its "Big Crush" promotion this October, Johnny Carino's, one of the nation's top Italian casual dining restaurant concepts, is offering guests who dine-in and donate $2 to its breast cancer fundraising effort, one $5 gift card for their next visit. Its goal is to raise $25,000 that will be split 50-50 by its charity partners, the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) and Young Survival Coalition (YSC).

"NBCF and YSC are two amazing charities that may have different missions, but have a common goal, which is to make a difference in the lives of those affected by breast cancer," said Creed Ford III, CEO of Johnny Carino's. "We're confident our guests will support this year's Big Crush fundraising effort to stomp out breast cancer."

Based out of Dallas, NBCF's mission is to help women now by providing help and inspiring hope to those affected by breast cancer through early detection, education and support services. And YSC is focused on helping young women (under the age of 40) with breast cancer with free educational resources and supportive services so they can face breast cancer empowered and hopeful.
