About Wallace

Jeff Wallace is the Managing Partner of Greenwich Treasury Advisors LLC, an independent treasury consultancy he founded in 1992. As a writer, Wallace is best known for "The Group of 31 Report: Core Practices for Managing Multinational FX Risk" (1999, Association for Finance Professionals), which is based upon the FX practices of 31 global multinationals with average sales of $50 billion in a study sponsored by General Motors. He is an acknowledged expert on FAS 13, and has written the FAS 133 chapter for "The International Finance and Accounting Handbook" (2003, John Wiley).

Wallace has given presentations on FX risk management, FAS 133 and other treasury issues to the CFO and Treasurer Councils of the Conference Board, several National Association of Corporate Treasurers meetings, Financial Executives International, the Italian Association of Risk Managers, the New Zealand Society of Corporate Treasurers and the Treasury Management Association of Canada. He is also a member of the editorial boards of Treasury Management International and International Finance & Treasury.

Wallace's corporate treasury experience included being Vice President - International Treasury at American Express and Assistant Treasurer at both Seagram and at Dun & Bradstreet. He was also a Vice President at Greenwich Associates, the financial institutions market research firm. A CPA, he was formerly with Price Waterhouse. Wallace earned an MBA from the University of Chicago and graduated from Dartmouth College.

About Cardillo

Rich Cardillo is a Principal at Archstone Consulting in the CFO Advisory Services practice. He has over 20 years of industry and consulting experience with the last ten years concentrated on delivering Finance function improvement projects. He has a deep understanding of multi-dimensional, enterprise-wide business performance improvement initiatives and his work has focused specifically on finance analytics, shared services, process improvement, organizational design, ERP deployment and controls improvement.

Cardillo was previously a Partner in the Financial Management service area within IBM Business Consulting Services, leading the Finance Operations Improvement practice. He came to IBM through the acquisition of PwC Consulting, having started his consulting career with Price Waterhouse in 1997. Prior to consulting, Cardillo held senior level IT management positions with the Pepsi-Cola Company and GFT Apparel Corp. Cardillo received a MBA from the State University of New York at Albany and holds a BA degree in Economics from the same institution.

About Edens

Corey Edens joined Rim-Tec, Inc. as Chief Financial/Operating Officer in 2000. Edens also serves as Chief Product Strategist directing FiREapps technology evolution and investment. Prior to this appointment, he was the President of Valcon Distributing Ltd., Inc. Before Valcon, Edens served as the Controller and Director of Operations for the Microsoft Network. He has also worked as Controller and CFO in the real estate and computer industries and has several years of auditing experience at Deloitte Haskins and Sells. Edens is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. degree with high honors in accounting from the University of Montana. He is a Trustee of The University of Montana Foundation and past Chairman of the Business Advisory Council of the University of Montana's School of Business Administration. In addition, he is a Member of the Montana Academy of Distinguished Entrepreneurs (MADE).
