Join Leslie Sansone for Miles of Fun at Her Walk Concert and Conference in Pittsburgh, October 3rd-5th

PITTSBURGH, PA--(Marketwired - Sep 11, 2014) -  Leslie Sansone, America's #1 Walking Expert, has planned three days of walking fun and great music to inspire better health. Attendees will walk with Sansone and Jennifer Antkowiak, co-anchor of KDKA-TV's Morning News at the Walk Concert being held Friday, October 3 at 6:00PM. There, participants will literally follow in the footsteps of Sansone, Antkowiak and certified Walk Leaders from all over. The easy-to-follow "Walk at Home" steps will be set to the beats of hit songs from Motown, pop, country and more. Whether one chooses to walk one or five miles, the emphasis will be on having fun and feeling great. All ages and all fitness levels are welcome. The concert will be at Stage AE, 400 North Shore Drive in Pittsburgh, PA. The Walk Leader conference will begin that morning at 9:00AM and end Sunday, October 5 at noon. Those events will be held at the Hyatt Place Pittsburgh - North Shore, 260 North Shore Drive. A Walk Leaders' certification program will be offered that Saturday. It's perfect for those who love to walk and to motivate others. As a Walk Leader, one learns how to share the easy Walk At Home steps with others. CPR certification is required prior to becoming a Walk Leader.

Emmy-award winner Jennifer Antkowiak co-anchors the KDKA Morning News in Pittsburgh. A certified fitness instructor, Antkowiak founded jennifer Cares, which provides information and products that make life easier for caregivers.
