The Conversation Dashboard -- An easier way to communicate with your audience

The Hub's new Conversation Dashboard provides real-time, intuitive views of marketers' most important social content, built on top of the powerful reporting, permissioning, and workflow of the Hub. The dashboard provides live Twitter and Facebook feeds including home feed, mentions, searches, keywords, fan page wall posts. In addition, users have the ability to post and moderate content in Facebook and tweet, re-tweet, direct message, and follow in Twitter. Marketing teams benefit from the integrated team-based approach to managing Twitter and Facebook content including powerful permissioning, workflow, and task-creation that really lets teams collaborate around social marketing activities. The Conversation Dashboard also includes a new, easier way to view details and influence data for every Twitter and Facebook user tracked in the Hub without needing to leave the Dashboard interface.

Deeper Social Profiling

The Hub collects publically available information for every social user that engages with the content that marketers publish through Hub. Marketers have the ability to report on this data including a record of all interactions for individual users, sentiment trends over time as well as activity trends. This allows marketers to gain a deep understanding of the individuals within the broad audience that are interacting with their content, and allows them to identify key groups such as influencers and detractors.

Enhanced Workflow, Task Management and Editorial Calendar

The Hub's new team-based workflow allows marketing teams of all sizes to work together and centralize all social marketing related tasks and activities.

  • The Hub adapts to organizational needs:
    • Hub users can be granted access only to particular parts of the Hub (e.g. some users can only create content, others can only see reporting).
    • Approval flows allow Hub users to be notified when other users have content waiting for publication approval.
    • Permissions can be granted on a per-channel basis (i.e. to a particular Facebook fan page or Twitter account).
  • Sophisticated task management:
    • Marketers can create tasks for common social marketing activities like content review, content creation, and end-user follow-up.
    • The task system is supported by email notifications.
  • Calendar for Tasks and Content
    • The editorial calendar provides a centralized view of all previous and upcoming tasks and content allowing teams to understand which content is being published and which tasks are upcoming.
