Joint Venture, InfoReliance Solutions, Wins NITAAC CIO-CS Award

InfoReliance Will Work With Their Partners and the NITAAC Program to Deliver Solutions Under the CIO-CS GWAC

FAIRFAX, VA--(Marketwired - Jun 2, 2015) - InfoReliance, through its role as the managing partner of InfoReliance Solutions joint venture, will fulfill customer demand for information technology commodity solutions and shared services to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), as well as all other Federal agencies and CIOs that take advantage of the agency's National Institute of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) CIO-Commodities and Solutions (CS) program. InfoReliance Solutions has received one of 58 awards under the CIO-CS VAR group. The CIO-CS contract is a government-wide acquisitions contract (GWAC) valued at $20B ceiling and has an ordering period of ten years, including a five-year base period from May 1 to April 30, 2020, and one five-year option to extend the period of performance through April 30, 2025.

InfoReliance Solutions will provide Federal, Civilian, and DoD agencies with access to everything IT including commodity-enabling solutions on-site or in the cloud. InfoReliance Solutions is a joint venture that enables the JV members: InfoReliance, Premier Systems Ltd, SwishData, and ViON to combine their corporate capabilities and strengths to offer NITAAC customers services to meet the mission critical requirements they have with ease, speed, and best value.

InfoReliance will work with the other members of the InfoReliance Solutions joint venture to deliver technologies from major manufacturers such as: Amazon Web Services (AWS), McAfee, Microsoft, Hitachi, HP, NetApp, RSA, and Riverbed. In particular, InfoReliance will drive innovative solutions around cloud computing. The InfoReliance Solutions joint venture brings InfoReliance together with three uniquely capable businesses that specialize in the following areas:
