Jose B. Solorzano Named Interim President of Seamless Technology's E-Commerce Subsidiary

Sales and IT Executive to Lead, Re-Engineer and Expand Markets for MerchandiZer Software

(PINKSHEETS: SLSX) ( -- a leading technology provider of e-business solutions announced today that it expanded and reassigned Jose B. Solorzano to serve as Interim President of its e-commerce and software subsidiary MerchandiZer Software, Inc., replacing Krister Martinez, the subsidiary's previous president. Solorzano recently joined Seamless Technology as its Vice President and Director of Sales and Marketing.

As interim president of MerchandiZer, Solorzano will oversee all of the software division's shopping cart research and development and technology efforts as well as strategies to market and expand its customer base globally, as well as manage MerchandiZer's staff. Solorzano will work closely with Seamless Technology Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, David Langle, in the reorganization and transformation of Merchandizer into a premier provider of e-commerce platforms built on strong strategic partnerships with various payment methods, online marketing and scalable sales infrastructure, and value-chain maximization with leading edge e-market technologies.

Before joining Seamless in April 2006 as VP and Director Solorzano worked for Coca Cola, Nicaragua followed by 5+ years at Ford Motor Company in the US, Europe and Mexico. He has held positions as an IT Operations Director for The Argus Group ($300 Million + in Revenues) and Business & Marketing Director for Aganorsa, a Food & Beverage Conglomerate in Central America, and a variety of successful marketing and business consulting engagements including; Laboratorios SOLKA, a major pharmaceutical manufacturer in Central America and Miami Dade College. Solorzano holds a bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Miami University of Ohio and obtained an MBA from The University of Florida, with concentrations in Marketing, International Business Management, Decision Information Sciences, and e-Commerce.
