Joystar Begins Beta Test on VacationCompare.com

ALISO VIEJO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 25, 2006 -- Joystar, Inc. (OTCBB: JYSR), one of the nation's fastest growing travel agency networks and leading seller of cruises and vacations today, announced it will launch the consumer beta of VacationCompare.com, a comparison shopping marketplace that helps consumers make informed decisions for their leisure travel planning.

William M. Alverson, Chairman and CEO, stated, "VacationCompare.com is part of the new generation of "white hot" online comparison shopping sites. Similar to what SideStep, Mobissimo and Yahoo's FareChase offer consumers for simple travel planning (air, car and hotel), the VacationCompare's service is geared to the 60 million Americans who begin their vacation and cruise shopping online, but, because of the price and complexity, prefer to book offline with the help of a live expert."

VactionCompare.com electronically passes consumers' "request for quotes" off to the independent travel agencies in its network who are experts in their respective fields.

For example, when a consumer requests a quote for a Carnival cruise, it will be Carnival specialists who compete for their business. Mexico requests will go to Mexico experts, and luxury travel requests will only be handled by travel agencies in the VacationCompare.com network who have experience working with affluent travelers. Once the consumer makes their decision, the winning agency services the booking, and manages the customer relationship from that point on. For its part, VacationCompare.com gets paid a referral fee from the agency that wins the bid.

Each travel agency in the VacationCompare.com network operates under the assumption they are competing with other experts in the industry to win the customer's business. This highly specialized service makes for powerhouse value proposition to the consumer.

The Website will continue to expand functionality over the next several weeks leading up to the formal launch. Included will be "expert reviews" submitted by the travel agencies in the VacationCompare.com network as well as the ability for users to submit reviews upon returning from their vacations. This invaluable service will allow consumers to be able to see the service ratings of the participating travel agencies. If an agency in the network falls below accepted service standards, they will not be allowed to participate.

The service is open to all agencies with travel industry accreditations. Already, over 150 top cruise and vacation travel agencies have joined the beta program.
