Joystar Names Charlie Lee Sr. V.P. Asian Markets

ALISO VIEJO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 16, 2006 -- Joystar, Inc. (OTC BB: JYSR), one of the nation's largest and fastest growing travel agency networks and leading seller of cruises and vacations, announced today the addition of Charlie Lee to its management team.

Before joining Joystar, Mr. Lee held management positions in companies based in Taiwan, Hong Kong and China. His experience ranges from leading sales and marketing divisions to managing a team of 100+ software developers. A naturalized U.S citizen, Mr. Lee lived in Oklahoma City for 16 years where he served in a management capacity for six years for the State of Oklahoma.

William M. Alverson, Chairman and CEO of Joystar, commented, "We're delighted Charlie has made the commitment to relocate from Taiwan and join the Joystar team. His broad knowledge and experience developing sales and marketing strategies across multiple countries in Asia will help Joystar penetrate the vast and fertile Asian market both domestically and in Asia.

"Joystar's goal is to be the dominant seller of complex travel to the North American Asian community -- one that based on the 2000 census, represents 4.2% of the U.S. population. The travel agent community representing the Asian community is highly fragmented and no dominant player exists. Joystar aims to be that dominant player. At the same time, the cruise industry and certain segments of the vacation industry -- primarily Las Vegas and Atlantic City casinos -- have recognized the potential of the North American Asian travelers and have created products ideally suited and tailored for this market. As a trusted advisor to the Asian travelers, we feel we will also benefit our preferred cruise and vacation suppliers by effectively communicating the value of their products to this very profitable and underserved consumer segment.

"Furthermore, we are serious about expanding our business model into Asia. Initially, we plan to fully develop the U.S. Asian market, to be followed with expansion into Taiwan, China, Korea and Japan."

Mr. Lee stated, "It is my privilege to be able to join Joystar. It is my commitment to Joystar to leverage my extensive Asia market experience to make Joystar synonymous to leisure travel/cruise vacation in Asian households. There is tremendous, untapped potential in the development of the Asian travelers to look upon cruises as an all encompassing vacation experience."

Mr. Lee attended Oklahoma University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Master of Science in Computer Science and Master of Business Administration. During this time he also received awards including Outstanding Alumni, Honorary Mayor of the City of Oklahoma City and a Dedication Appreciation award from the Governor of the State of Oklahoma.

Mr. Lee further stated, "The rising population of the Asian middle class in America and in Asia has created a unique marketing opportunity for cruises and vacations catered specifically to these travelers. I am committed to help Joystar to be a pioneer and a leader in developing the Asian market domestically as well as in Asia. I am confident that Joystar's mission will galvanize the travel industry."
