Joystar Names John West V. P. of Operations for Its Miami Cruise Center

ALISO VIEJO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 31, 2005 -- Joystar, Inc. (OTC BB: JYSR), the nation's largest and fastest growing travel agency network, announced today it has named John West Vice President of Operations for the Company's recently acquired Miami Cruise Center.

Mr. West brings more than 19 years of travel industry and luxury cruise sales experience to Joystar. He began his travel career aboard Cunard's world famous QE II and rose to the position of Head of Cunard's Group Sales Department. He has spent the last ten years in key sales and management positions with some of the industry's largest online cruise agencies, including
