King Auction Company announces the approximately 44 acre Calabria Ranch Estate Homes will be auctioned in five properties on Tuesday, February 24, at 1:00 p.m. (MT) in an absolute auction with no minimums, no reserves. The scenic destination will host the auction in the Great Room of the main house on Property #2.
The spectacular five properties include the former home of renowned author Barbara Kingsolver on Property #1. Kingsolver wrote her debut novel The Bean Trees here, which is considered a classic literary masterpiece and popular triumph in American fiction.
The properties may be purchased individually, in any combination, or as an entirety. All properties have private access to the Tanque Verde Wash, with the wash providing breathtaking views and any number of outdoor activities.
