Judge Faith Returns for Season 3 With New Exciting Cases & Introduces "The Legal Minute"

Series Adds 11 New Markets and Has Been Upgraded to Double Runs in Over 20 Sinclair Markets

HOLLYWOOD, CA--(Marketwired - October 06, 2016) - JUDGE FAITH, the nationally syndicated daytime court show, has returned for Season 3. The series is produced by Trifecta Entertainment in association with Tornante TV. This season, Judge Faith Jenkins hears cases from litigants all across the country, including a high profile case filed by VH1's Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star Young Joc, an expert witness appearance by famed DJ Kool Mo Dee and an emotional copyright case brought by Dr. Evelyn Bethune, granddaughter of legendary civil rights activist Mary McLeod Bethune.

"I feel this is our strongest season ever. Our cases are just so rich, interesting and compelling this year," said Judge Faith Jenkins, "Plus, social media has really changed the dynamics on how I'm able to resolve these cases, as most people leave an electronic trail which gives me evidence that I've never been able to get before."

Also new for this year, Trifecta and Tornante will introduce THE LEGAL MINUTE WITH JUDGE FAITH to stations. This one-minute "legal news you can use" focuses on a variety of subjects that give viewers solutions to common legal issues and questions that come up in everyday life. The LEGAL MINUTE will air on several of the JUDGE FAITH stations inside their local talk shows and newscasts, with stations encouraged to sell local advertising on each end of the minute. Stations can run THE LEGAL MINUTE as often as they like, and they can also use them on their websites.

"We are very excited about The Legal Minute segments we've made for stations to run locally, and we've already received great responses to them," said Hank Cohen, CEO of Trifecta. "Faith's fresh approach as she gives people legal news they can use strengthens the personal relationship that she's established with her audience. "

As the courtroom series enters its third season, Trifecta Entertainment and Tornante TV have added 11 new markets including Memphis (WHBQ), Tucson (KWBA), Spokane (KREM/KSKN), Huntsville (WHNT), Colorado Springs (KWHS), Augusta (WFXG), Wichita Falls (KJTL), Gainesville (WCJB), Abilene (KXVA), Twin Falls (KMVT), and San Angelo (KIDY).

Appealing to a diverse demographic, JUDGE FAITH has been a popular and reliable offering for its stations, as well as a binge-worthy viewing opportunity for digital audiences on the JUDGE FAITH YouTube and Amazon Prime channels. Throughout this year, more than twenty Sinclair stations have signed on for double runs of JUDGE FAITH. These include Minneapolis (WUCU), Raleigh (WLFL), Baltimore (WBFF), Columbus (WWHO), West Palm Beach, (WTVX), and Buffalo (WNYO), among others.
