Jun Group and CrowdStar Form Social Video Partnership

Deal Will Bring Embedded Video Viewing to Tens of Millions of Social Gamers

NEW YORK, NY and BURLINGAME, CA--(Marketwire - Jul 19, 2011) - Jun Group (www.jungroup.com), the premier social video company, and CrowdStar (www.crowdstar.com), renowned social gaming company for global successes such as "It Girl" and "Happy Aquarium," today announced a strategic partnership.

The deal will enable CrowdStar's tens of millions of social gamers to earn virtual goods in exchange for watching videos from Jun Group's clients, which include Fortune 500 brands and major entertainment companies.

"Watching videos is a fun and easy way for our players to earn virtual goods," said Ian Sherbin, Director of Business Development at CrowdStar. "Instead of interrupting the game experience, we're enhancing it by providing this option."

For Jun Group's clients, the CrowdStar partnership provides access to a broad and coveted audience, a larger percentage of which are women.

"These are the consumers that big brands want to reach," said Corey Weiner, COO of Jun Group. "Instead of watching television, they're actively engaging in social games. This partnership with CrowdStar will give our clients the chance to make a real connection with these people in some of the most popular social game environments on the planet."

Jun Group has been named as an advertising provider on the Facebook Platform (http://developers.facebook.com/adproviders/). The company's social video network drives up to a million opt-in video views a day from consumers across social networks, mobile devices, P2P, and YouTube.

"Our partnership with CrowdStar is another huge step in the growth of our social video network," added Weiner. "CrowdStar's games are prestigious and wildly popular. We're pleased to be able to offer them to our roster of Fortune 500 brands and major entertainment companies."

Embedded social video is one of the fastest-growing segments of online media, generating billions of views, and tens of millions of shares, ratings and comments each year. Unlike traditional online video, which is sold on a CPM basis, social video views are typically sold on performance, where brands only pay for opt-in video views.

Beginning immediately, CrowdStar's social games are available as part of Jun Group's established and growing social video channel.
