Junction Broadband Selects VoX Wholesale VoIP Services for Its Digital Voice Offering

CELEBRATION, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 15, 2007 -- VoX Communications Corp., eLEC Communications Corp.'s (OTCBB: ELEC) wholesale and retail provider of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services nationwide, announced today a wholesale agreement with Junction Broadband, a provider of high speed Internet and web services to the Northeastern United States. Junction Broadband has launched VoX's private label services as "Junction digitalvoice." The service is available by itself or can be bundled with Junction Internet services for added savings.

Junction's digitalvoice plans are available to residential customers for as little as $10.95 per month. For small businesses, Junction offers unlimited calling across the US, Puerto Rico and Canada for just $39.95 per month. Internet and telephone combo packages start at $45 per month. These offerings and others are available now at

"The addition of broadband phone services was a natural evolution for us. One of the main reasons we decided on VoX was the high quality of last mile service. Latency was non-existent and the service was able to prevail through many different connection tests and scenarios," said Christopher Breen, CEO and President of Junction Broadband. "On the technical side, VoX offered everything we were looking for in a backbone provider: strong technical abilities, an amazing network and uptime for our customers. Other providers lacked the complete package that VoX was able to provide."

Breen added, "From an administrative point of view VoX was able to provide my office with the type of integration that we were looking for. We had passed on too many other providers that offered only limited integration into our current website. Brand consistency is important to Junction and VoX was able to provide a great solution for us. Back office solutions enable us to deliver better customer service, and in today's business climate customer satisfaction is paramount."
