Investors may want to have a look at NeWave, Inc. (OTC BB: NWWV), a leading online auction and e-commerce solutions provider. On Monday, the company announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, AuctionLiquidator, has partnered with the 'Bob Eubanks Charity of Choice' eBay Store. The company said that each month the 'Store' will feature a new charity to receive net proceeds from the sale of Hollywood, music and sports memorabilia, as well as historical artifacts and other high profile collectibles. NeWave said that sales of such items will be originated through the 'Store' and sold through the auspices of AuctionLiquidator. All of the auctions will be listed on eBay through its affiliated non-profit provider MissionFish, the company noted.

Torrent Energy Corp. announced Monday that its wholly owned operating subsidiary, Methane Energy Corp., has signed a drilling contract with Roll'n Oilfield Industries, Ltd. to provide all of the drilling and related services for the Company's pilot program in Coos County, Oregon.

TREN closed Monday's trading session at $3.32.

Caledonia Mining Corporation (OTC BB: CALVF)

Caledonia Mining Corp. announced Monday that it has signed a Letter of Intent with a large cobalt refinery, as the first step towards an agreement for the long term supply of cobalt concentrate from its Nama project in Zambia.

CALVF closed Monday's trading session at $0.127.

SIRIUS Satellite Radio (NASDAQ: SIRI)

SIRIUS Satellite Radio announced Monday that Toyota is now offering SIRIUS as a post production or dealer-installed option on the 2005 model year Lexus LS430 and Lexus ES330, and also on the 2006 model year Lexus LX470 and Land Cruiser vehicles, with expanded availability scheduled on additional Toyota and Lexus vehicles this summer.
