WHAT: The Jr. Economic Club of Canada was created to inspire Canadian youth to become financially literate. The Day on Bay field trip brings students out of the classroom and into the heart of our financial district for an inspirational day of learning and fun. Through interactive workshops and seminars, they learn to understand the basics of finance and personal money management. After each session students are challenged to create a creative video submission outlining one financial concept they learned in the Day on Bay program. Along with amazing prizes awarded by our generous sponsors, this year's Winners will have the special opportunity to open Toronto Stock Exchange and officially ring in the first Day on Bay session of the year.
